Mike and Jill Lowery work with the Congo Baptist Community (CBCO) continuing the efforts American Baptists began in the Congo more than a century ago, and are currently on Home Assignment.
Mike and Jill Lowery work with the Congo Baptist Community (CBCO) continuing the efforts American Baptists began in the Congo more than a century ago, and are currently on Home Assignment.
Mike has served as the pastor of the International Protestant Church of Kinshasa. Mike is also a professor and administrator at the Pastor’s Institute in Kikongo.
Jill has worked with the CBCO women as they minister to unwed mothers and girls in prostitution as well as other women’s ministry in the Congo.
Mike and Jill plan on returning to the Congo next summer.
